We cannot made it to very exact numbers, its up to 15% tolerance. So around from +/- 0.5L/100 km tolerance at low speed up to +/- 2.0L/100 km tolerance at high speed . 

Due road asphalt type, tyre type, tyre size, wind speed (up to 15 kmh), weather, hudmity, temperature, fuel quality that cause affect tolerance.
